Standard Room
Mini bar, hairdryer, split air conditioner, safe deposit box, satellite TV and hot line are available in all Standard rooms. Four of these rooms have been designed for disabled guests and such rooms have a similar concept with the others. All rooms are covered by carpets and have a balcony. (23 m2) 350 in total. 1 pax – max. 2+1 pax.
Family Rooms
Composed of two rooms, these units include double-beds in the adult room and single beds in children’s rooms. There is a bathroom and balcony in the shared area. Each room has a split air conditioner and is covered by carpet. Moreover, mini bar, hairdryer, safe deposit box, satellite TV and hot line are available. (27 m2) 70 in total. Min 3 pax – Max 4 pax.
Suite Rooms
Suite rooms have 2 bedrooms , 1 living room , bathroom and balcony are located. The floor is carpeted , mini bar, hair dryer , air conditioning, safety deposit box, sattelite TV and direct telephone.
Duplex Suite Rooms
Duplex suite rooms are composed of 3 bedrooms, two of which are at upstairs, a large saloon, a bathroom with hot tub and balcony. Covered by carpet, all rooms have a split air conditioner. Mini bar, hairdryer, safe deposit box in every room, satellite TV and hot line are available. (117 m2) 4 in total. Min 5 pax – Max 6+1 pax.
Simena Select Flat
All of these selected units with sea view are composed of two bedrooms and a saloon and they include French/twin beds. One of the bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom; there is also another bathroom in the shared are for the use of other bedroom. There is a dining table in the large hall connected to the saloon and there is a kitchen, too. All required equipment is available in the kitchen. Simena Select Flats in the upstairs have a terrace and Simena Select Flats in downstairs have a balcony. Moreover, hot line, hairdryer, mini bar, satellite TV split air conditioner in every room and safe deposit box are available in all units. All floors are covered by carpet. (105 m2) 4 in total. Max 7 pax . 4 flats have its own communal pool.
Presidential Villa
Set on an area of 1600 m2 in the most peaceful and maiden part of the facility, the Presidential Villa is by beachfront and encompasses a living area of 1120 m2. Having an indoor pool of 480 m2, this duplex villa contains a large saloon with sea view in the downstairs. A large kitchen connected to dining room is available for use. There is a also another saloon next to the dining room. Moreover, in a unit with a separate entrance door and connected to the Presidential Villa, there is a bedroom with a bathroom. This unit has been designed for the personnel travelling together with our guests. In the upstairs, there are 6 bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms have sea view, the others have garden view. Certain bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with hot tubs. All bedrooms have a balcony. There are private sauna, Finnish bath, hot tub and bath for our guests in the Presidential Villa. Max. 10 pax.
